THE BUILDER’S CHOICE
FOR INTEGRATED SOLAR

Why partner with Rayva?

You’ll save money integrating solar into your blueprints.

Because Rayva Solar replaces approximately 40% of concrete tiles in roofing construction, we help significantly reduce homebuilding costs for our partners.

You’ll qualify for increased tax incentives.

Rayva’s integrated solar system qualifies for a full 30% ITC tax credit and other incentives you can either absorb or pass onto the homeowner, such as Energy Star, ZERH, and even state tax breaks. Solar energy is one of the best ways to reduce Home Builders Federal HERS rating, providing additional advantages for your firm. We’ll help you understand and navigate how to access and benefit from those incentives.

You’ll enjoy a competitive edge

by integrating solar in your developments at the point of construction. Working with Rayva provides your homeowners with a turnkey solar solution that they can use as soon as they move in. You can differentiate yourself and capture more market share by offering innovative, integrated solar that will attract new clients concerned about their home’s sustainability, resilience, or utility bills.

You’ll have a solar partner you can rely on.

Not only does Rayva walk our partners through installation and upkeep, but we also guide you through tax incentives and grid plans so that you/your homeowners maximize savings and feel assured in your investment in sustainable energy.

Your company can join the movement for more sustainable development.

Solar shouldn’t be an afterthought in home design, so we’re making it easy for both builders and buyers to access clean energy in their roof design. Rayva Solar lowers a home’s carbon footprint, providing a better building for the people living in it and our shared planet.

Our Team

Rayva’s core team is composed of innovators and entrepreneurs who want to create the change we wish to see in the world. Coming from the worlds of renewables, engineering, operations management, finance, and more, we knew there had to be a simpler way to install solar in homes. In 2020, we rolled up our sleeves to create a new process for implementing integrated solar technologies and found a model that is cost-effective, reliable, efficient, and aesthetic. We believe in our vision and product and are excited to be stewards toward our shared sustainable future. We’re excited to launch our Rayva Solar Tile, the most advanced and cost-effective BIPV solar product on the market. By integrating a solar roof at the point of construction, we’re able to help builders save money while offering innovative renewable energy technology to homeowners. The Rayva team also provides foundational guidance, expertise and support through customized partnerships, insights on maximizing tax incentives, and supportive education about solar technology, usage, and maintenance.

CORE VALUES

01

SUSTAINABILITY

It’s up to all of us to care for our shared home. At Rayva, sustainability is at the center of all we do, and we consider it from blueprint to a product’s end-of-life, helping to create the brighter, greener tomorrow that we and our descendants deserve. We want to live in a world where every roof generates its own energy, and every home can store its power, so we partner with others to make that vision a more accessible reality.

02

INTEGRITY

At Rayva, we’re adamant about not conducting business as usual, wherein companies prioritize profit at the expense of people, their quality of life, and the planet we all share. Transparency and genuine compassion are the foundation for doing business right, and we maintain that commitment through quality customer service, responsibility with tech, and an openness to our customers.

03

INGENUITY

Innovation drives positive social and environmental impact. As engineers and entrepreneurs, we’re committed to using our collective expertise and ingenuity to help improve lives while lowering the carbon footprint of homes and saving money for builders and buyers in the process.

04

COMMUNITY

We value collaboration over competition and embrace generative learning through the perspective of others and the clean energy community as a whole. This collaborative mindset ensures we operate with respect and accountability, enabling us to bring about the best solutions for everyone at the table.

05

LEADERSHIP

The future is solar, but we need leaders willing to think outside the box to obtain an equitable, affordable clean energy future for residential builds. We believe that being a good leader requires being a good steward of the environment and the people we share it with.
